{Commissions}
•You may not claim my art as your own•
•I have the right to post the finished work. I will only lay claim to the art, not your character•
•In the sketching phase, you may ask for changes. I will gladly change whatever you would like, but once you “okay” a part of the drawing, I will not change it again. Lining is especially set in stone•
•I have the right to ask for a character change or refuse you service•
•I must be given a clear, non shaded reference sheet in order to draw your character. The only type of commission that does not apply to this rule is customs•
•Do not remove my signature•
•Payment must be given after I have shown you the final sketch•
•Payment through PayPal is preferred, but Etsy payment works as well•
•Put a 🎃 in your message so I can know you’ve read these!•

{Adopts/Customs}
•You may not take credit, or credit someone else, for one of my designs•
•My designs are very complex. If you would like for me to make a simpler design, tell me up front. I will not simplify the design once I have completed the artwork•
•If ordering a custom I would prefer if you could provide me with a photo, moodboard, color pallet, or other form of reference to ensure maximum satisfaction with the finished product. I don’t do great with descriptions•
•Payment for adopts must be sent within 24 hours of claiming or winning an auction•
•YOU MAY NOT SELL THE CUSTOM/ADOPT FOR HIGHER THAN ITS ORIGINAL PRICE (if no art added.) It does not matter if they “mean more” to you, sell them for THE SAME PRICE•
•DO NOT SELL OFF OF TOYHOUSE!•
